Pulp Friction Live in the Algarve | Music Photography by Oceanview Creations

Oceanview Creations joined Pulp Friction for a live performance in the Algarve, capturing a set of images designed to reflect the atmosphere, energy and personality of the band on stage.

Live music photography presents a very different challenge from our usual property and commercial work. Changing stage lighting, fast movement and unpredictable moments mean there is very little time to plan each photograph. Instead, the focus is on anticipating what is happening and capturing the moments that make the performance feel alive.

Throughout the evening, we photographed the band both individually and as a group, looking for strong expressions, interaction between the musicians and the details that helped tell the story of the performance.

The final collection combines wider stage photographs with tighter individual shots, creating a varied set of images that Pulp Friction can use across social media, promotional material, websites and future event marketing.

For bands, performers and businesses across the Algarve, professional event photography is about more than simply documenting what happened. The aim is to create images that communicate the atmosphere of the event and give people a reason to want to experience it for themselves.
